Many builders and private homeowners are "scouting areas" looking for anything close to a decent lot to build fabulous homes on. If you live in the area, you've seen them. Well the new trend is to find older homes of lesser size, in great subs, crush the existing and build their dream home on a beautiful lot. Its catching like wild fire.
